• Move the guide in the paper tray to fit the paper correctly. You wouldn't know its a guide until you start to move it!

• You can adjust the width of the tray. Go to: HP.com/HP office jet 5740 when prompted, and it will take you to the information on this printed. You can submit a question to HP regarding setting the paper size to finish the installation.
