There is only a small amount of “practice” ink in the printer. They should tell you to IMMEDIATELY go purchase a full set of black and color. If you replace the ink, you’ll be fine with your printing process. Your salesperson should have told you that upfront.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We are so sorry to hear about this!! One of our top recommendations would be to swap out the black cartridge for a fresh one and see if that helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this problem with the HP ink cartridges, I finally switched to generic and they worked better. In the meantime, you should do a cleaning. You need to open the printer app, select "Maintain Your Printer", and then "Clean Printheads". If the test page that prints out afterwards is not what you want you can do a second-level cleaning.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This happened to me too. They are start-up cartridges, I assume that's why. Change the black, hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would ck with the store where you bought it. The black cartridge may be old or dried up (unusual), but it also might be a stoppage where the ink comes out onto the paper.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try removing the black cartridge, and reinstalling it. Make sure you removed all plastic wrap around it. Other wise call HP.
