What is the speed & resolution of this printer? null

This printer is terribly slow. Every time I go to use it, it immediately goes into "printer maintenance mode" for 5+ minutes before it prints anything. It is very annoying. If you like annoying I would definitely get this printer.

Print speed, Black up to 20 ppm; Color up to 11 ppm. Resolution, Black up to 600 x 1200 dpi; Color up to 600 x 1200 dpi.
