“I have an hp envy 5660 and have the auto ink replacement. If I replace it with the hp 6978 will I be able to link in my existing auto ink contract?”

• You will cancel the old printer in your HP Instant Ink account and choose "Add a Printer" to add the 6978. You will then get two months free on the new printer as well. They will send you the new ink, and you will in future only pay for the new one.

• I would think you can. In your account for instant ink, you can add devices and of course you can always delete a printer.
