Anytime the printer needs ink it uses your WiFi to notify HP who ships more ink to you at no cost for ink and shipping!

• Yes, comes with ink. I wasn't interested in the replenishment deal either. That's why I had such a hard time downloading the software, The deal kept coming up and had to find a way around it to complete the download!
