• You would have to make sure you have a fax line with your home phone carrier and connect the phone line to the printer. It has the phone jack ports on the lower back right. You can contact HP Support or Geek Squad if you need more step-by-step instructions. If you need to know if you have a fax line or not, you will have to contact your home phone carrier.
