This printer is Ink and Toner , what is Toner null

This printer uses ink cartridges. Toner is a large ink reservoir and not used in this printer.

This printer does not need toner. Just one cartridge of black ink and one cartridge of colored ink

I don't think it is toner. Usually you will find toner with a laser jet printer. This is straight inkjet. Hope that helps.

My printer has an ink jet print head. It takes 4 ink cartridges. Usually when you see “toner” cartridges, it is in reference to a laser printer.

The OfficeJet Pro 6978 only uses ink cartridges. Toner is used in laserjet printers.
