• I've used up to 68# with no issues. The only thing I don't do when using the heavier-weight papers is automatic double-sided printing. I manually reload the paper when I am going to do double-sided printing on the heavy weights.

• The recommended media weights for this model is: 16 to 28 lb (plain paper); 60 to 75 lb (photo); 20 to 24 lb (envelope); 90 to 110 lb (card).

• I don't know what the maximum is but I've used cardstock. I usually put in one sheet at a time though.
