“I can no longer print with black ink. I've tried replacing the cartridge, but still it won't print in black. Any suggestions on what next other than buying a new printer?”

• Download the Print and Scan Doctor from HP to conduct tests. Access HP Virtual Agent and follow the suggestions. Run the Clean Printhead command. Access Youtube.Com and search for your problem.
