Check the date on your ink. That happened to me before and when I replaced the ink it worked. The ink hadn't expired yet either.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. After time on the phone with HP service, it was determined that my software may have been contaminated. They were going to reload the software; but it was going to be around $90.00. I decided to replace it instead. But maybe reloading your software will work for you.
