“Can this printer be set up & connected to computer WITHOUT use of a cell phone or app ? My computer is a new 2022 HP - All-In-One Pavilion w/ Windows 11. I'm "old-school" and neither have nor want a cell. This old dog has problems learning new tricks.”

• There's no need to use a cell phone or app to operate this printer. It takes approximately 10-15 minutes to have it up and running. Simply follow the instruction to install the software, insert the ink and you are done.

• Thank you for the question. The printer software is contained in the HP Smart App. Instead of using the app on your smart phone, you can acquire the app (we used to call them software/programs) from the Microsoft store for use on your PC.
