There doesn't seem to be any limit to the number of documents that can be scanned at one time, per se. You can load the necessary documents into the document feeder of your printer and hit "scan". (Make sure you've selected "Document Feeder" as your "Source" instead of the default "Scanner Glass".) The printer will then scan each document in an action similar to that of printing documents using the feeder, although the scan process takes much longer to complete than the printing process.
