Q: QuestionWill scan do PDF format?
Asked by KT.
- A:Answer Good Morning- I don't use the scan feature - just tried it- document scans as a JPEG- I saved the doc and tried to then do a 'save as' a PDF- that was not successful. HOWEVER- found that by going to the saved JPEG file (in Pictures) Right click and choose Open With- scroll down until your ADOBE app shows- then click on and ...there you go! hope this is helpful- Happy Thanksgiving- KCK

Q: QuestionDoes it feed 110# cardstock well?
Asked by Pam.
- A:Answer It has one large tray that feeds letter size 8.5 x 11 paper. I haven't had an issue with putting in thicker paper that's 8.5 x 11. However, there isn't really an effective "resizing" mechanism associated with the tray that officially feeds in other sizes. I have personally hand fed in some custom sized items but it's not great everything always prints crooked. Regarding letter sized paper I find the feed tray jams a lot, esp with regular text weight paper and many times it definitely prints skewed to some degree. It's never really completely centered or straight on the sheet but that's ok because I tend to you use for more personal printing. I had a more expensive HP (something HP Pro) and that was much, much better for various sized printing needs AND thicker paper (often I printed certificates on a heavier cardstock), thanks
