- Answer You can set your fax the same line as your phone. During setup, the menu will ask if you're sharing the fax with a phone line, whether it has an answering machine, etc. it's easy to setup.

- Answer I spent a lot of time trying to make this work with XP downloading patches, files for connecting etc. Unable to get it to work consistently. Good Luck since XP is no longer supported by Microsoft.

- Answer Don't know why not. I use it with one laptop and two mobile devices. You can even send a document from a computer far away like at work using a private email assigned to the printer and it'll print it

- Answer I was looking for same features and very happy with this unit. It prints color, grayscale, or b&w. Scans,copies, and has fax capability. One side or duplex printing User friendly touch screen controls as well as desktop app. Works well with iPhone, laptop, & iPad.

- Answer This printer does not have a separate tray for pictures. I recommend an Envy 7640, Envy 5540, or an Envy 5660 if you want a printer with a photo paper tray. I hope this helps.
