QuestionCan this printer print double sided card stock? The specs show this printer will handle Cards (4 x 6 in, 5 x 8 in). Will it print these on both sides automatically (meaning I don't manually flip it). And will it pull paper from a tray, not a manual feed?

- Answer For single sided printing, it can handle up to 110 lb card stock, but to do double-sided automatically, you'll want to go no heavier than about 65 ls. Yes, you can pull cards of those sizes from the paper tray. You'll need to put the cards in and adjust the paper guides so they hold the cards snugly.

QuestionI made labels from my computer Avery 11136. Problem is this I cannot get them to print correctly. I looked at paperwork from labels and margins look right but I already used and ruined about 10 pages of labels. Pl help as I need these labels.

- Answer We use Avery labels and their software with MS Word, although not the same label number you mentioned. The only thing I can think of that might be causing your problem is that the paper/label forms in the tray have a tendency to move back slightly when you open the paper drawer. I always make sure that I push the paper forward again before reclosing the drawer.

- Answer Aside from plugging in the power cord you have to insert the ink cartridges that are in the packaging. Then you connect it to your device & wifi. It will check for updates and you will have to do a “practice” scan so it can correct its alignments. It is all very simple the instructions are helpful.
