- Answer Thank you for the question. While OfficeJet Pro 8025e will support iron-on transfers, it is not a sublimation printer. The cartridges use pigment-based inks.

- Answer Yes you will need the APP to print from your devices. Download from app store. HP Smart. Will also need HP plug-in app. Smart app is information or a window for your printer. Ink . What's printing. For Copy and scan remote. The Hp plug-in app. Is the app that actually use to select print and formats what is printing to the printer from different devices . Both good apps and easy to use. Nice to use with your phone take that snap shot of your screen for a receipt and quickly prints.

QuestionCan you use sublimation ink?

- Answer Hello, no the HP inkjet printers are not equipped to use sublimation ink. HP inkjets use a type of thermal process so it is not possible to use typical sublimation ink used in a converted printer. HP does offer a line of printers specifically for sublimation ink called the HP STITCH series. Thank you for being an HP customer.

- Answer After opening TBE front panel by gently pulling the top edge toward you and down, notice the indent in the face of the seam between top and bottom. Gently lift at this point until top is at 45 degree where it will remain until you gently apply down pressure to close it.

- Answer This OfficeJet Pro 8025e does not have a USB port for a thumb drive. You will need to step up to the 8035e for that feature.

- Answer Thank you for the question. Apologies, the OfficeJet Pro 8025e does not have a USB host port for saving scans. That feature is available on the OfficeJet Pro 8035e, 9015e, and 9025e models.
