Yes with the HP APP. Very easy to use

It could vary depending on the OS of the laptop. If you have Windows 10 or 11, or MacOS 10.14 and up, then you would be able to the HP Smart app from both the iPhone and the laptop. Doing it based on the standard drivers could be a bit more complicated and limit some features you may be able to access from the laptop.
