1. Remove existing paper from paper feed tray. 2. Place the envelope(s) face down, top to the left, into the paper tray. 3. Change paper type to "Plain paper, thick" and the paper size to the envelope size you're using. 4. Print your envelope(s).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for the question. Instructions for loading envelopes is on page 16 of the User Guide available from the HP support site. Pull out the paper tray and slide the paper guides to each side. Insert envelopes print side down and adjust the paper guides to touch the edge of the envelope stack. Push the paper tray back in. Change or retain the paper settings on the control panel. Make sure the settings match the paper type and size loaded.
