Thank you for the feedback. You are correct, while the HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e prints 2-sided automatically, it does not do automatic 2-sided scanning from the document feeder. You can pause your scan job to manually flip the original for a 2-sided result. We will ask Best Buy to review their listing. If automatic 2-sided scanning is your preference, we recommend the OfficeJet Pro 9125e (dual-pass) or 9135e (single pass).
