Don't know... Try removing and re-insert. Or, unplug the printer. Wait a minute and plug power cord back in. Turn on and re-insert toner cartridges

If you've installed the cartridges correctly and it's plugged into a power outlet, it sounds like you're printer is having mechanical problems. If it's a new printer, don't delay contacting HP or your warranty could run out.
