• Hello, When the printer goes into sleep mode, it wakes up once you start printing or when you press on the touch screen. It could also be a WiFi issue that prevents it from waking up. Sometimes the printer driver thinks the printer is offline because the printer disconnects from WiFi when the printer is in sleep mode.
