I purchased a hp office jet 8710 printer. Only have had it three months and the screen does not work. I have a mac apple air. I have went through all the trouvle shooting. Downloaded every program that hp required. Nope!!! Still does not work. Upset null

It sounds to me that the printer is not installed correctly. Or your monitor is turned off. Get the user manual online for support. Try this first, and if you can't fix it, call the Geek Squad. They can help you over the phone. Good luck!
