“I've changed my black cartridge but now it won't print. Keep saying I need to replace cartridge. I hardly ever use the color. Please advise.”

• All cartridges have to be replaced at the same time.

• Mine also had the same issue with the Cyan cartridge. Had to have the printer replaced.

• We had the same problem with our setup cartridges. The initial startup rejected our cyan cartridge. We called HP support under the printer warranty they replaced our cartridge.
