“From all of my wireless devices, it prints double-sided. When I search this question, it says to use the dialog box in the print menu, however from most Apple mobile devices there is no print menu. Can anyone help?”

• When I print from my iPhone it asks if I want double sided prints. Just say no

• You have to UNCHOOSE double-sided printing from your wireless Apple device - i. e. your iPhone. Apple devices seem to have double-sided and color turned on by default. You should see these sliders in the same screen as the printer chooser dropdown menu on your phone - I will try to add a screen shot
