- Answer Yes but you may have to call HP and let them trouble shoot it for you. The software on their site isn't for a Mac. Call them and let them access your computer for this fix. Been there..done that.

- Answer Yes to the second question. You can scan legal and have it print letter or legal. I do not know about the first one, but doubt it.

- Answer Mine does too. I can only assume that this is done with office confidentiality in mind. But, if you print on both sides, you'll see one printed side, smile.

- Answer The 40 comes with an extra paper tray standard. It is an option that could be added to the 20, but if wanted, it would be better to get the 40. The 20 is fairly tall, so for our use, the 20 has been great.

- Answer It has one tray which can use either size of paper. You just adjust the bar in the tray.

QuestionDoes this printer support automatic duplex copying? I ask because I bought an 8610 that claimed it supported automatic duplex printing, scanning, and copying, but the term automatic only applied to the duplex printing

- Answer Yes, I've done duplex scanning (and copying) on this AIO and it was very easy and with high quality results. It isn't as fast as the next tier models 8730 and 8740 since it has to flip the scanned document for the back side (the costlier models have one-pass scanning using scanners for each side at the same time). I also figured out how to scan to an email account pretty easily and to a network folder with a few challenges (you MUST have user accounts established for it to work, i.e. Windows logon accounts on my WHS 2011 server; it didn't work with my NAS since I have that as open access without specific accounts).
