• That's a GOOD question but we have never printed in just one color previously...have you contacted the "Geek Squad?"

• You can use the "smart print" app for access (which I hate), or You can choose on Your copy document screen page on the printer. Some specific color choices may be on Your print page ... say in MS Word.
