“Will the copier on the 9015 work alone without a computer? And can I make a copy of one side of say a small index card then turn it over, copy it and have both sides appear on one side of one sheet? And can I do so just using the copier?”

You can use the 9015 as a stand-alone copier with no computer connected. You will be able to make a copy of both sides and have them on the same piece of paper. This model will work great for those tasks.
