“I just bought a new hp printer model 8025 and it keeps jamming up when I scan which requires hand feeding. What is the problem. Do I need to buy better printer like this one”

Hi Brian, I don't really have an answer for you, but I've purchased 3 printers in the past 1-2 months and returned the first 2. I went up in price with each new purchase because the first 2 didn't work. I'm happy with my 3rd purchase (HP Officejet Pro 9010), one reason is because it scans multiple pages without manual intervention. It's possible that the Geek Squad or a computer whiz could help you fix the problem, but I can't. I wish you luck.

I have the HP 9015 and have had no paper jams. Am very pleased with the operation and quality of prints. Highly Recommend.
