• Yes, the OfficeJet Pro 9015 can print on 4x6 photo paper. It functions just fine without a secondary tray, though if you are anticipating high volumes of printing, or switching frequently between paper sizes, we would recommend the 9025 model instead. Print quality is 4800x1200 dpi.

• I haven't printed any photos, however it does print pretty vibrant colors when adding artwork to my MS Word documents. Unfortunately, no separate tray for blank photo paper.
