• I'm looking at my HP9015. The glass is not long enough to accommodate 14-inch size. I haven't tried copying from a book,

• You can only copy legal size paper through the auto document feeder on top. The flatbed scanner can only scan up to 8.5 x 11 inches. You can copy from a book on the flatbed scanner/copier.
