- Answer Yes, when you use the document feeder. On the HP Smart software where you go to scan there is a box to check for 2 sided copy. Just put your document in the feeder and it will make one pass through.

QuestionDoes it allow you to create multiple jobs where that each new scan for a particular job automatically gets a consecutive name and automatically goes into a specified folder like Epson’s Document Capture Pro software does?

- Answer Yes. As long as you know what folders you have/create, you can program printer/scanner to send your scans to any folder you have available.

QuestionI recently purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e printer and HP is only offering me 2 months of free HP Instant Ink upon my registration. Is there a code that needs to be entered on the HP website to claim the 6 month offer? Thanks!

- Answer Yes, it would print reasonable photos. They're not quite as good as photos that would come from an Envy Photo printer, but they're still going to be fine for ordinary pictures.

QuestionHP 9025e has two paper trays. I must know if heavier paper (card or photo paper) can be manually fed, one page at a time, through one of these trays. My current HP printer has that option.

- Answer Yes, it has a port for a USB printer cable on the back. If you're replacing a printer that was connected that way, your current cable will work just fine.

- Answer The OfficeJet Pro 9025e is going to be faster and cheaper per page to use, and the paper tray will hold more sheets. The 7520 will give somewhat better photos, and has a second tray for holding photo paper up to 5x7 inches in size. If you're deciding between purchasing the two, a key thing to consider is that the 9025e is one of HP's current printers. The PhotoSmart 7520 was introduced nearly 10 years ago and hasn't been sold at retail for six or seven years, so any that you find will be used units.

- Answer Geek Squad set my printer up as a wireless printer with scan capability. It advertises Fax capability, but I did not opt for that setup. Geek Squad is great so they most likely can set it up for Fax. To be sure, I recommend you call the Geek Squad help line at 1-800-433-5778. BW

QuestionMy HP OfficeJetPro 9025e will turn off by itself. I have it scheduled for auto on from 7-7 Monday through Friday, but it will randomly turn off during the operational period. Any idea why?

- Answer If you try to print while it's "off", does it go ahead and print? If so, that's normal-it will just go into "sleep mode" after a period of inactivity. If that's not the case, you'll want to contact the HP Support team so they can troubleshoot the problem.

QuestionRE HP 9025E I have a big issue with the length of the output/delivery tray.Why in HP creation is it so short? this is a major design flaw as full-size paper begins to curl and fall after a few passes..if an extender is not available I may have to return.

- Answer Thank you for asking. Your OfficeJet Pro 9025e has an output tray extender. It will slide all the way out and there is a little plastic lip that you can flip upwards so it catches your letter or legal-size media.
