“Do you provide any warranty overseas (like HP branches in other countries, particularly Philippines) even if this was bought in BestBuy USA? May I also see the full coverage of the warranty if you do/do not provide services outside USA. Thank you”

Hey kabayan. I suggest you go to HP's online assistant or calling their helpline. Although, I would assume they don't cross-nation warranty services due to matters involving shipment to-and-from if warranty claims ever get to that point.
