Yes, it automatically uses the built-in AMD Graphics when not running 3D programs. Decreasing screen brightness and refresh rate is a way to increase battery life. Also, Changing the Windows power profile to Battery Saver will help some. I just unplugged my HP Omen (AMD Ryzen 7 4800H) and it says shows 6 hours 23 minutes of battery life when in battery saver mode. It may last longer (not sure).
