You can easly create a Windows 10 / 11 USB bootable USB and start from there. but the real question is, CAN you boot to the BIOS? normally when windows fail to boot will give you a message or find a way to by pass the problem before doing anything (happen to me i was getting Blue screen and rebooted 2 times before Windows actually booted normally the 3rd time.) but creating a WIndows 10 / 11 USB will get you where you need to go. Windows 10 / 11 ISO's files can be downloaded from Microsoft site and use Rufus to create the bootable drive.
