Is the RAM stick soldered on? null

Trying not to burn my warranty just yet so I haven't and probably won't ever try to find out. I have an actual gaming rig at home this is more for use on road trips or when I have to go out of town for work.

No. It has 2 slots, one is empty, you can add more or replace existing blank all together.

No, it's using one of two ports on the bottom of the computer. It's not the easiest access bottom I've had, but it's sturdy.
