If this is truly HP, then this is why I will never buy your products from this point on. First, I asked if there's a NUMBERS LOCK LED <---- see those words? Good! You didn't answer yes or no. So you can't even answer a simple binary question. Second, this is either an AI reply, or you're either ignoring the facts and lying, or new to HP, because the problem with the Envy laptop screens falling off or hinges breaking has been addressed for several YEARS now. It's been complained about on the HP Community Forums, and numerous other forums that can be found with a simple Google search, about the hinges for the Envy series. For the sake of transparency: I own an Envy now, in fact I am typing from it right now. And the hinges have stuck open, and nearly broke on SEVERAL occasions, since I've owned it. The only solution is to keep it open on a desk, so I don't lose my laptop that is out of warranty. In closing, I would like to address Best Buy and say this, I don't in any way blame you guys about the complaints above. I know it's out of your control and it's just a brand you're contractually bound to sell. In other words, I have no quarrel with you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for the question. Yes, the Omen 16-k0013dx keyboard has an LED caps iock indicator as well as a 4-zone RGB backlight. We aren't aware of any screens detaching or hinge difficulty (due to hundreds of tests performed) with this model or the Envy.
