i tried plugging a powered usb c into mine it did not charge the battery in either port

Please try again later.You can slow charge up to 100W (Note that if the laptop draws more than 100W of power, which it will definately do while gaming, it will start to consume battery power. Not sure where all this false information is coming from. Per HP's website: "For optimal performance and battery chargeability while gaming and rendering, use the power adapter that ships with the PC. You can use the 100W/20V Type-C adapter or power bank when running light loading tasks. System-off charging is only supported on 20V Type-C adapter or power bank."
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was able to charge through the USB C dock using a HP - USB-C Dock G5 that was included from a work laptop that has PD. I'm unsure what issues the other users were having, but the Dock I have is 100W and the plug needs to be forcefully inserted.
