“Two answers on this laptop from verified purchases have said they checked and have 2 slots for SSD Drives. But 2 answers from the HP Team say the laptop only has one slot for an SSD. Wondering which one is correct. Picking up this laptop next week!”

This specific model has 1 installed, and 1 open M.2 gen4 slot. Due to the limited capacity I installed a 2TB drive in the open slot pretty much immediately. They both come with heatsinks included as well.

The best buy version of the HP Omen 16 2023 does in fact have 2 usb slots, one on the upper right side of the laptop and one on the back! I myself got sidetracked looking for info on this laptop because its exclusive to best buy, but i got it a month ago and it works perfectly. Hope this helps you choose the laptop you need!
