“I can't get a headphone jack to work with this laptop. Does anyone have that problem. Not sure but the specs via web inquiry says a 3.5mm should work. Any help would be appreciated.”

Found out I had to push the jack in really hard for it to click and now it goes in much easier
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I assume that you have tried the headphones in another computer, and it worked? Other than that, I could only suggest blowing air into the port, in case some dirt or foreign object entered sometime during manufacture or transport.
