Yes, this pc can very much handle an upgrade HOWEVER. BE SURE that the power supply is strong enough to support the gpu that you want. You can find out this information by looking at the pc's "specifications" page on the Best Buy site or app. Once you know the wattage of the psu simply google the power consumtion of the gpu of your choice another easy and useful tool is the pcpartpicker.com website there you can add the parts contained in the pc and it will tell you how much wattage your parts will need.
