Yes this pc can handle a 2070, however insure that the SIZE of the card is not to big for your case. And any Ryzen cpu will work for this motherboard. You can use pcpartpicker.com to find out more specific details by adding the parts you have in there, then simply replace the parts you want to use and it will tell you if there are any potential problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The only processor upgrade fits the socket on the motherboard would be the 5800X3D. The PSU in the computer is 500 watts which should be enough if you're not going to be putting a bunch of other hardware in the computer.
