• I added a 3060 to and 32 gb of ram before I even powered it up. Works fantastic. No issues

• Nvidia recommends a 550 watt power supply for that card. and the PSU in the computer is 600 watts. You should be fine, because the additional RAM isn't going to be a significant power draw.
