“Where are the other two M.2 slots? I can see one which is already being used by the 512 SSD it comes with but I can not find the other two M.2 slots. I have tried looking on the HP site as well.”

The first M.2 slot has the boot SSD, the second is for the wireless card, and the third is buried under the graphics card. In order to get to it, take off the glass side panel, remove the rear brace for the graphics card, remove the graphics card, and you will find a rectangular cover marked "SSD" on the motherboard where the power wire end of the graphics card normally is.
