• Yes, it has one eight pin PCIe connection in addition to power supplied by the PCIe X16 slot. It'll be upgradeable for at least 4-5 more years.

• It does have an 8 pin PCIe connector. However, the power supply is 600 watts, which is the minimum that Nvidia recommends for a 4070 video card, so you'd be limited with any other hardware that you wanted to add to the computer.
