Thank you for the question. Please be certain that you have robust internet service. Are you trying to connect via WiFi? Please check your router and settings, and remember that WiFi does not transmit through metal, walls, and other obstructions. Try situating your router at a raised location that will have less obstructions. Note that while 5G has faster speed, it connects at shorter distances. You can also connect via Ethernet. If you do not have a robust internet connection via Ethernet, please contact your internet service provider.
