I don’t think so. I had to use the HDMI cable that I already owned.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Buying a 240 Hertz monitor and using an HDMI cable would be like buying a Ferrari and pulling it with a horse. There's absolutely no need for an HDMI cable. It caps you out at maximum of 144 Hertz. And that's the 2.1 versions of the HDMI cable, Standard versions of an HDMI cable cap you out at 60 Hertz.
