Yeah this is a really decent pc, depending on what hz your monitor can support, this pc can run fortnite on a stable 240fps on performance mode (setting in fortnite). I would recommend switching out the Ryzen 5 5600g for a Ryzen 7 5800x cpu though, just so that you won't bottleneck.
