“Has anyone figured a workaround for the speed dropping down to 2400MHz when adding a new stick of ram? I adding another 8GB stick at 3200MHz but there does not seem to be a BIOS option to change the speed. Any help would be appreciated!”

@HP its funny how you guys are trying to play this off when you know that your product doesnt have the option to overclock ram

Please try again later.I had the same problem and I contacted HP Support and they said that it just simply can't be upgraded when the features of the PC were upgradability. I can't even play warzone without my ram being overloaded and laggy. I am very disappointed in the PC.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Contact HP they are the only source for this upgrade. The ram in this machine is not compatible with normal ram sticks. The ram speed is in the ram and not the bios. I got a free 8 geg upgrade by mentioning they had nothing for sale and no upgrade path for ram.
