Can this PC be overclocked? null

HP is incorrect and misleading, you CANOOT overclock this model in the Omen Command Center. After they stated that I contacted support and they claimed it could be overclocked several times and finally said the AMD model could not be overclocked in the Omen command center. Furthermore, it's pointless to overclock the Ryzen 7 chip this machine has.
