A:AnswerYes it will run probably 300+ fps on low settings i would recommend running it on either medium or high settings because your monitor hertz will limit this computer lots on low settings
A:Answerno unless you upgrade you motherboard or change cases cause the power supply is big and really close to the gpu port and also you have to change the power supply it is reccomended for a 3070 to atleast have 650 watt psu
